At the end of July 2006, EagleEyeOS Llc. and Lyra Software signed a partner contract. As a result of the collaboration Bulgarian companies are enabled to take advantage of EagleEyeOS™ software solutions for organizing their secure data handling.

The EagleEyeOS™ product family is designed to support organizations to implement internal security policies. By using multiple protection tools, EagleEyeOS™ restrict data leakage and unauthorized data access without preventing employees from their everyday duties and enable companies to identify those users who offend the security measures. EagleEyeOS™ are suitable for companies of all types and size.

The 2005 CSI/FBI Computer Crime and Security Survey identified two areas of increased fraudulentactivity—unauthorized access to information (average loss per respondent up from $4.278.205 in 2004 to $31.233.100 in 2005) and theft of proprietary information (average loss per respondent up from $11.460.000 in 2004 to $30.933.000 in 2005). These facts make EagleEyeOS™ of great importance in today’s business confidential issues. EagleEyeOS™ already proved their efficiency in countries like Hungary, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland and Russia. A great interest is also expected in Bulgaria.
