-          RTrans license;

-          CD, including RTrans Installation and MSSQL Installation;

-          Installation Instruction and User Guide in electronic documentation;

-          Update Tools;

-          Annual subscription fee amounting to 25% of the RTrans license sum, mandatory only for the first year*.

The subscription includes: 

-          Installation (in Sofia) + 2 hours training. In other cities the installation price is subject of negotiations;

-          Bug fixing

-          Upgrade with RTrans new versions, officially released during the certain period;

-          Phone and e-mail support.

The price does not include help service hours.

Help service price – 25 EUR/hour**, no matter of the number of PC`s that require help service. Prices count each hour started.

*The subscription fee for each following year after the first amounts to 99 EUR for the first PC and 44 EUR for each following PC, connected in the same database.

**The help service price refers to visits in Sofia. In other cities the help service price is subject of negotiations.
